We serve a Continental style breakfast (between 8:00
and 10:00)

the bedrooms ensuite?
The room are ensuite with either a bath or a shower.
When making your booking please state your preference
for facilities with either a bath or a shower.
How
many floors are there in the hotel?
The hotel has four floors, please note that we do not
have a lift (elevator). When making your booking
please state on which floor you would prefer to have
your room.
What
forms of guarantee are acceptable for the booking?
The acceptable forms of guarantee for the bookings
are: credit card details , bank credit transfer or
postal order.
How
does the internet booking process work?
When you fill in the form a booking application
reference number is automatically generated for you (you
will be required to quote this reference number in the
case of any enquiry). Within 24 hours you will receive
a reply to your application. However, you can
telephone us for an immediate answer while continuing
to take advantage of the special internet rates,
please quote your booking reference number.
What
if I do
not receive an answer from my internet booking
application?
In very rare cases an internet booking application can
be lost, if you do not receive an answer to your
enquiry within 24 hours please send us an e-mail to
info@hotelbartolomeo.com quoting your booking
application reference number.

Where
is the nearest vaporetto stop to your hotel?
Rialto is the nearest stop to the hotel. If you are
coming by Piazzale Roma or Rail (Railroad) the Rialto
stop is only a few steps from the hotel.
Are
you very far from the city centre?
The hotel is in the centre of Venice. The hotel is
only 10 minutes from Railway Station Santa Lucia
and Piazzale Roma via Line 82; it is less than
a 10 minute walk to S. Marco; the principal monuments
are very close by. The location of the hotel can be
viewed on a street map. which will also give you some
idea of the distances involved.

there any travel advice for first-time visitors to
Venice?
The hotel generally recommends the use of a ticket
that is valid for 24 hours, 72 hours or for seven days
to travel around Venice.

far is the beach from the hotel?
The nearest beach is Lido di Venezia, when you arive a
S. Marco public transport is available and it takes
only twenty minutes to go to the Island of Lido
