Our room was ready on arrival and to our delight, we were given an upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean so it was perfect for our four night stay.

As we were within walking distance to all of the attractions, it meant we didn’t waste our precious holiday time on public transport or in traffic. There were also lots of places to eat and souvenir shops in Via Arcione and surrounds.

Our room was always clean and tidy and amenities were topped up daily. We appreciated the clean towels everyday as taking multiple showers meant we didn’t have to use damp towels.

Ornella welcomed us with a big smile and gave us a good introduction to the hotel facilities and breakfast times. She also offered us valuable advice on how to maximise our sightseeing time since it was our first time in Rome. I didn’t catch the names of the other reception staff, but they were all very friendly and helpful. I have worked night shifts myself so I know how tiring it can be, but the night staff always remained upbeat and energetic.
Danilo (breakfast room) was also amazing and made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
Housekeeping staff were also friendly and polite whenever we saw them.

We booked our accommodation months in advance and being first-timers in Rome, we wanted a central location. The hotel also had a spa and a gym and offered sweet tea and treats in the lobby. With everything on offer, we felt it was good value for money, especially because we saved a lot of time not having to travel too far to get to things.
