Room is very clean and looks very nice. The lack of air conditioning is a huge problem in the summer months though and made our stay our least comfortable in Italy. Shower also very small and stopped draining.

Honestly it’s the front desk staff, especially the woman who worked days, that saved us. She is so lovely and helpful. She put a fan in our room which helped with the lack of AC and was so helpful with directions, luggage storage etc. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you so much.

It is a bit difficult to find the hotel, but it is in a good location for checking out the shops, canals, and a short walk to the amazing Venice museums and architecture.
